1. Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT)

•  Most common method.

•  Buyers receive a Proforma Invoice with bank details.

•  Funds are wired directly to Japan Recondition Cars’ Japanese bank account.

•  Recommended for buyers in Bangladesh, Kenya, Tanzania, and other importing countries.

2. Letter of Credit (L/C)

•  Accepted for bulk or high-value purchases.

•  Offers added security through buyer’s bank.

•  Requires coordination with Japan Recondition Cars and your local bank.

3. Local Agent Support

•   In some countries, certified agents may assist with payment and documentation.

•   Always verify agent authorization before transferring funds.

4. Payment Confirmation

•  After payment, buyers must send a copy of the TT or L/C to Japan Recondition Cars.

• Shipment and export documentation begin once payment is confirmed.
