Membership & Access

• Registration Required: Users must register and be approved to access JRC-NET services.

• Membership Plans:

• Free Plan: Basic access to listings and limited features

• Basic Plan (Paid): Includes auction sheet access and standard bidding support

• Premium Plan (Paid): Full access to all features, priority bidding, and enhanced customer support

User Responsibilities

Members must:

• Maintain accurate contact and payment information

• Follow bidding deadlines and payment schedules

• Accept vehicles “as-is” unless otherwise stated

Financial Terms

• Deposit Requirement: A refundable deposit is required before bidding or reserving store stock.

• Service Charges: Applicable for proxy bidding, documentation, and logistics

• Refund Policy: Refunds for unsuccessful bids are processed within a specified time frame, minus service fees

Vehicle Handling

• Inspection & Documentation: JRC-NET arranges inspection, de-registration, and export paperwork

• Shipping: Vehicles are shipped via Ro-Ro or container based on buyer’s preference and port capability

• Condition Disclosure: All known defects are disclosed; vehicles are sold “as-is”

Legal & Dispute Resolution

• Jurisdiction: All disputes are governed by Japanese law

• Compliance: Buyers must comply with import regulations in their destination country
