JRC-NET Proxy Services Rules

Membership & Access

• Registration Required: Users must register and be approved to access proxy bidding services.

Membership Plans:

• Free Plan: Limited access to listings and bidding

• Basic Plan (Paid): Includes auction sheet access and bidding support

• Premium Plan (Paid): Full access to all features, priority bidding, and customer support

Proxy Bidding Rules

• Deposit Requirement: A refundable deposit is required before placing proxy bids.

• Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted before the auction deadline; late bids are not accepted.

• Maximum Bid Limit: Users must specify a maximum bid amount; JRC-NET will bid incrementally up to that limit.

• Bid Confirmation: Winning bids are confirmed via email or dashboard notification.

Post-Bid Process

• Inspection & Documentation: After a successful bid, JRC-NET arranges inspection, de-registration, and export documentation.

• Shipping Coordination: Vehicles are shipped via Ro-Ro or container based on buyer preference and port capability.

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required before shipment; delays may result in penalties or cancellation.

Legal & Dispute Resolution

• Jurisdiction: All disputes are governed by Japanese law.

• Refund Policy: Refunds for unsuccessful bids are processed within a specified time frame, minus service charges.
